Warranty Coverage
We stand behind the quality of our heavy machinery. Read below to understand our standard 1-year coverage limits, exclusions, and claim process.
Standard 1-Year Limited Warranty
WheelLoaders.org warrants that all new machinery sold directly by our company will be free from major defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.
1. What Is Covered
Our standard 1-year warranty specifically covers the major operational components of the machinery. If these components fail due to a manufacturing defect under normal, intended use, we will provide replacement parts or coordinate repair at no cost to the buyer.
Covered Components Include:
- Engine Assembly: Core engine block, cylinder head, internal moving parts (e.g., Kubota engine components as equipped).
- Hydraulic System: Main hydraulic pump, drive motors, and major control valve blocks.
- Powertrain: Main transmission components and drive axles.
- Structural Integrity: Main chassis frame and loader/excavator arms (excluding standard wear at pivot points).
2. What Is NOT Covered (Exclusions)
Because heavy machinery operates in extreme environments, certain parts are expected to wear out or require regular replacement. Furthermore, damage caused by improper operation is not covered.
Exclusions Include:
- Standard Wear Parts: Tires, tracks, bucket teeth, cutting edges, belts, hoses, fuses, bulbs, and glass.
- Maintenance Items: Filters (oil, fuel, air, hydraulic), fluids, lubricants, and batteries.
- Operator Error & Neglect: Damage resulting from misuse, overloading beyond rated capacities, collisions, accidents, or failure to perform routine maintenance as outlined in the operator's manual.
- Unauthorized Modifications: Any alterations, unauthorized welding, or aftermarket parts installed without written approval from WheelLoaders.org.
- Environmental Damage: Issues resulting from extreme weather, flooding, fire, or prolonged exposure to corrosive materials (e.g., salt, fertilizer).
3. Attachments & Accessories
Hydraulic and mechanical attachments (such as sweepers, augers, hammers, and grapples) sold separately or bundled with the machine carry a 90-Day Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects. The same wear-and-tear exclusions apply to attachment ground-engaging components.
4. The Warranty Claim Process
If you believe you have a covered issue with your machine, please follow these steps to initiate a claim:
- Step 1: Stop operating the machine immediately to prevent further damage.
- Step 2: Contact our technical support team at support@wheelloaders.org. You must provide your Order Number, machine serial number/VIN, current hour meter reading, and clear photos/videos of the issue.
- Step 3: Our technicians will evaluate the claim. If the issue is covered under warranty, WheelLoaders.org will ship the necessary replacement parts to your location.
- Step 4: In cases requiring complex technical repair, WheelLoaders.org may authorize and reimburse reasonable labor costs for a local, certified heavy equipment mechanic to install the parts. *Labor must be pre-approved in writing by WheelLoaders.org before any work begins.*
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
This 1-year limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by WheelLoaders.org. We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Under no circumstances shall WheelLoaders.org be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from machine failure, including but not limited to lost profits, lost contracts, project delays, or equipment rental costs while the machine is out of service.
