Frequently Asked Questions
Find quick answers to common questions regarding our heavy equipment, shipping process, warranties, and technical support.
General & Purchasing
We accept all major credit cards, wire transfers, and certified bank checks. For larger fleet purchases, we can process secure ACH transfers. Payments are processed securely before the equipment is dispatched from our California warehouse.
Absolutely! We highly encourage buyers to visit our facility at 2522 S Malt Ave, Commerce, CA. You can see the loaders, excavators, and attachments firsthand, and our team will be happy to answer any questions and walk you through the specifications.
Currently, we operate as a direct-sale equipment supplier. While we do not offer in-house financing directly, we work with several third-party commercial equipment lenders and can provide all necessary invoices and documentation your bank may require for approval.
Shipping & Delivery
We coordinate freight shipping directly to your job site, farm, or business. We utilize flatbed, step-deck, or enclosed transport depending on the machine size. You must ensure you have adequate space and capabilities (like a loading dock or heavy forklift) to unload the machine upon arrival.
If the machine is in stock at our Commerce, CA warehouse, it typically dispatches within 3-5 business days. Transit time depends entirely on your location in the USA, generally ranging from 2 to 10 days coast-to-coast.
Machine & Technical Info
The SKOOP Wheel Loader is powered by an EPA-certified, water-cooled Kubota D1105 diesel engine. This highly reliable Japanese engine outputs approximately 25 horsepower, providing robust performance for daily heavy-duty work.
Yes. Our loaders feature a quick-attach system that allows you to easily swap between standard buckets, 4-in-1 buckets, hydraulic forks, sweepers, and grapples in minutes, directly on the jobsite.
Support & Parts
Yes, our equipment includes a standard manufacturer's warranty covering major components like the engine and hydraulic pumps. Exact terms vary by machine type (e.g., SKOOP loader vs. mini excavator). Please contact our sales team for the specific warranty document for your desired machine.
Because we stock our machines in the USA, we also maintain an inventory of common wear parts, filters, and hydraulic components. Just email our support team with your machine's model and the part you need, and we can ship it directly to you.
