Controls & Dashboard Guide
The SKOOP control system is designed to perfectly combine ultimate driving comfort with superior, precise performance. Familiarize yourself with all inputs, joystick directions, and dashboard warnings before turning the ignition.
Multi-Function Joystick & Controls
The primary control layout centers around the right-hand operator joystick and the steering column.
- Drive Joystick: The main control handle on the right side provides standard directional functionality, operating three gears: Forward (F), Neutral (N), and Reverse (R).
- Boom & Bucket Control: The longitudinal movement of the rod controls the two-way multi-valve, enabling synchronous or independent lifting, lowering, and tilting movements of the bucket and boom.
- Braking System: The hydrostatic drive unit acts as the primary service brake. A manual drum parking brake handle is also connected to the drive shaft via a connecting rod for secure parking.
- Steering Gear: The steering column can be adjusted longitudinally. Adjustments should only be made when the loader is completely stationary!
Digital Dashboard Metrics
The central LCD display provides real-time monitoring of the machine's vital functions.
| Working Hours | LCD displays operational hours (0.0 to 99999.9h) for maintenance tracking. |
|---|---|
| Fuel Level | Displays remaining fuel. An alarm will trigger when capacity reaches ≤ 1/8. |
| Engine Speed | Pointer indication ranging from 0 to 3000 RPM. |
| Water Temperature | Resistive gauge. If the coolant temperature reaches or exceeds 102°C, an intermittent buzzer alarm will sound. |
| System Voltage | Displays the real-time voltage of the 12V electrical system. |
Warning Icons & Alarms
- Low Oil Pressure: If the oil pressure drops below safe levels while the engine is running, the fault icon will flash and the buzzer will sound intermittently.
- Hydraulic Oil Over-Temperature: Alerts the operator if the hydraulic system pressure or temperature exceeds safe operational limits.
- Charging/Alternator Alarm: Illuminates if the alternator stops charging the battery during operation.
