Return & Refund Policy
Please carefully review our policies regarding the return, exchange, and refund of heavy machinery, wheel loaders, excavators, and attachments.
1. Overview
At WheelLoaders.org, we strive to ensure that every machine and attachment meets our strict quality standards before leaving our warehouse. Due to the size, logistics, and nature of heavy equipment sales, our return policy is strictly enforced to protect both our business and our customers.
2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on machinery and attachments within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The equipment must be in new, unused condition.
- The engine hour meter must not exceed the hours recorded at the time of delivery (allowing for standard unloading/testing time of up to 2 hours).
- There must be no damage, scratches, modifications, or signs of field work.
- All original manuals, keys, tools, and paperwork must be returned with the machine.
3. Restocking Fees & Freight Costs
Returning heavy machinery involves significant logistical costs. Therefore, all eligible returns are subject to the following deductions:
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund amount to cover inspection, cleaning, and administrative processing.
- Freight Responsibilities: The customer is 100% responsible for all return freight logistics and shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom-ordered or specially modified machinery.
- Used equipment (if sold explicitly as pre-owned/refurbished).
- Attachments or accessories that show signs of physical use, soil contact, or wear.
- Electrical components or hydraulic wear parts ordered separately.
5. The Refund Process
Once your returned equipment arrives at our Commerce, CA warehouse, our technicians will perform a comprehensive inspection. This process may take up to 3 to 5 business days.
If the equipment passes inspection and meets the return criteria, your refund (minus the 15% restocking fee and original shipping costs) will be processed. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment or via bank wire transfer, which may take an additional 5-7 business days to reflect in your account depending on your financial institution.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders canceled *before* the machinery has been loaded onto a freight carrier will be refunded in full, minus a 3% payment processing fee. Once an order has left our facility, it is considered a Return and is subject to the standard return window, restocking fees, and freight costs.
7. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return authorization, you must contact our support team in writing. Please email support@wheelloaders.org with your Order Number, machine serial/VIN number, and the reason for your return. Do not ship equipment back to our facility without prior written authorization.
