Maintenance Schedule

Proper and regular maintenance is a prerequisite for maintaining the SKOOP loader's optimal performance and longevity. All maintenance work must be performed by professionally trained personnel on a flat, load-bearing surface with the engine turned off.

Safety Warning: A raised load arm can suddenly fall and cause serious injury. Always use appropriate safety supports to secure the load arm during maintenance.

Daily Maintenance (Every 10 Hours)

Routine inspections must be performed daily or at least every 10 running hours to ensure operational safety.

Weekly Maintenance (30-50 Hours)

Perform these deeper technical checks every 30 to 50 hours of operation.

Monthly / 500-Hour Maintenance

Comprehensive service required after the first month of use or every 500 operating hours.

  • Engine Service: Change the engine oil and replace the oil filter.
  • Hydraulic Service: Change hydraulic oil and replace the return oil filter element.
  • Transmission & Axles: Change the oil in the transmission gearbox and replace the axle lubricant.
  • Battery Care: Check the battery acid level and clean the terminals.
  • General Integrity: Tighten all screws and carefully inspect engine and axle brackets.

Long-Term Intervals

  • Every Year (1000 Hours): Check heater plugs, fuel injectors, and adjust valve clearance.
  • Every 2 Years: Complete replacement of the engine coolant.
  • Every 3 Years: Replace the operator's seat belt to maintain safety integrity.
