Operating Procedures

Safe and efficient loading operations depend entirely on the operator. Whether you are a professional driver or a new operator, strictly following these manufacturer-certified procedures ensures maximum productivity and job site safety.

Mandatory Restriction The maximum daily working hours for a single operator must not exceed 6 hours.

I. Pre-Operation Sequence

Before turning the ignition, every operator must confirm the loader is in optimal mechanical condition.

    Positioning: Adjust the driver's seat and steering wheel for comfort, ensuring all pedals are reachable. Fasten your seatbelt securely.

    Gear Check: Confirm the gear lever is in the parking position and the parking brake is engaged.

    Clearance: Verify there are no people or obstacles in front of or behind the loader.

II. Starting & Driving

The SKOOP loader utilizes an electric continuously variable transmission (CVT) and a micro-motion pedal system for precise control.

  • Ignition: Turn the ignition switch key to start the engine.
  • Moving: Lightly press the micro-motion pedal (left pedal) and release the parking brake. Push the gear lever to the desired forward or reverse gear.
  • Acceleration: Slowly release the micro pedal while lightly pressing the accelerator pedal on the right. The micro-motion pedal allows for progress control of the loader across the entire speed range.
  • Emergency Braking: In an emergency, immediately release the accelerator pedal and fully depress the micro pedal (left pedal). Never brake suddenly while lifting a load, as the loader may tip over.

III. Hill & Slope Safety

Driving on inclines requires the highest level of vigilance. The maximum slope capacity for the SKOOP loader is 30%.

Parking Prohibition Parking on a ramp or slope is strictly prohibited. If you must stop due to a breakdown, engage the handbrake and place wheel chocks under the tires immediately.
  • Orientation: When driving on a slope (either forward or backward), the cargo/bucket must always face upwards in the direction of the ascent.
  • Lateral Movement: Turning or veering across a slope horizontally is strictly prohibited to prevent tipping.
  • Speed Control: Adjust driving speed based on the cargo weight and weather conditions. Slow down significantly on wet or icy surfaces.
  • Driver Presence: If you must stop temporarily while driving uphill or downhill, the driver must never leave the driver's seat.

IV. Loading & Unloading Protocols

The loader is engineered for multi-functional digging and lifting but must be operated within its rated 800 kg capacity.

  • Loading Speed: Reduce vehicle speed to a maximum of 5 km/h during all loading operations.
  • Transport Height: When traveling under load, the bucket should be raised to the "transport position," which is approximately 20 cm from the ground.
  • Attachment Verification: Before beginning any load operations, verify that the quick-change locking pins are in the fully locked position.
  • Visibility: If your line of sight is obstructed by a large load, auxiliary personnel are required to assist in directing the work.

V. Post-Work Shutdown

Properly shutting down the machine extends its operational life and ensures site safety.

  • Parking: Park the loader on a firm, level surface.
  • Stabilization: Shift to neutral, engage the manual handbrake, and lower the bucket/accessories until they touch the ground.
  • Cool Down: After high-intensity operation, let the engine idle for 5 minutes before turning it off.
  • Securing: Turn the ignition key to the left (STOP position) and remove the key. Disconnect the knife switch if the loader will be out of service overnight to prevent battery discharge.
